We set out to produce high quality wine region specific hats as the driving inspiration to learn more about wine through fashion and travel while giving back to the hospitality community.

Every Wine Hat goes through a detailed creation process. This includes multiple quality checks, inspections, and attention to detail that sets the My Wine Hat brand well above industry standards. We use premium pure Australian wool, select superior natural fibers such as palm straw, wheat straw and paper straw to ensure the comfort of our customers and the environment.

Your hat is an investment and will last a long time if properly cared for. Maintenance includes the occasional "soft brush" or lint roller to remove dust and debris, store your hat in a cool dry space, picking up your hat by the brim with both hands and not the crown, hanging your hat instead of laying it flat if possible and taking extra care when packing your hat to avoid crushing. 

Everything from a smashed brim to a dent in the crown can cause you to need to reshape your fedora. Using steam to get things moving is a great start, but be sure to use these tips to snap your hat back into shape:

Returns and exchanges

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted. Here at My Wine Hat we want nothing more than for you to feel pampered and taken care of through the personal process of finding the perfect Wine hat!

Sorry, no returns are accepted on customized hats.

My Wine Hats have an adjustable inner band. Before returning a hat due to sizing issues, please make sure to adjust the hat for correct fit. Please visit Hat Sizing for more information.

Initiate your return or exchange HERE within 15 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be submitted through the Returns & Exchanges form.

Exchanges:

You can exchange through the above portal for a different Wine hat. 

Returns:

We are happy to provide a refund through the portal above for items returned in brand new, unused and resell-able condition within 15 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). An $7.00 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

*Please note, orders outside of the USA are not currently eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Please double check the following to ensure you get your full refund:

• Hat is in new, resell-able condition (no wine stains, makeup or wear marks)

• All original tags are included

• Original packaging is used for the return

• Return is shipped within 15 days of the delivery date

Shipping & Delivery

All of our Wine hats are PRE-ORDER items at this time. The presale is from May 20th through July 20th. Presale orders will begin shipping out by July 20th. You should receive a shipping date for your pre-order by July 20th.

Total shipping time is a combination of processing time + shipping time.  Please calculate your approximate delivery by adding the processing time for your order and shipping time for your location.  Shipping time does not count the day your order leaves the warehouse. You can select your processing speed at checkout.
